Four Seasons Constructing New Luxury Hotel and Residences in Bangkok

by Author

The reputable Four Seasons is building a new iconic landmark on the longest waterfront promenade in Bangkok. Once complete, residents and globetrotters will be able to enjoy Chao Phraya River from their balcony or bedroom.

Designed to offer a world-class waterfront experience and set a new standard in luxury, the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok will make the perfect temporary or second home for those that enjoy the finer things in life.

The hotel will include more than 300 rooms and suites and offer world-class amenities and dining alongside customized service that discerning guests from around the world have come to expect from Four Seasons.

The private residences will consist of more than 350 luxury units in a 73 story tower, offering uninterrupted views of the Bangkok city skyline.

The project, which is expected to be complete by the end of 2018, has been well-received by foreign investors.

“With the baht at a six-year low, foreign investors can take advantage of this opportunity to buy Thai properties at a cheaper price in their local currencies,” said Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, the managing director of CBRE Thailand.

“Hong Kong has also long been the top foreign nationality for [investment in] Bangkok properties and we expect this to be maintained for the rest of this year.”
